Lukanka is a traditional Bulgarian salami that's unique to Bulgarian cuisine. Similar to sujuk but with a bolder, more intense flavor, this dry-cured salami is crafted using time-honored methods and aged to perfection.

Aged 90 days for deep, complex flavor.
