A Bulgarian barbecue favourite, kebapcheta are long, hand-shaped portions of seasoned ground meat. Traditionally made with pork and beef, black pepper, cumin, and salt, they develop a browned exterior and a juicy centre on the grill.
At Vita Vera, we carefully select the meats for every batch and make our kebapcheta without cutting corners. Our careful preparation takes three days, giving each batch the time and attention it needs for the best result.
Serve with a fresh salad, liutenitsa(vegetable spread), beans, grilled vegetables, and crusty bread for a relaxed meal around the table.
